Five teams braved the windy and chilly conditions Tuesday night at Dawson Lake for the first tournament of the series. Conditions were tough, and the fishing was even tougher. The members of the BNBC really can shine in these harsh conditions, and the team of Jamie Maisenbacher and Scott Bree pulled all the stops.
Jamie and Scott caught a near last-mintue fish weighing in at 2.01 pounds to win the entire event. It was noted that Dave Norris felt like the Cubs and choked at 7:27 with a big fish coming off his line. It would have taken first place and big bass over the 2-pounder from Maisenbacher and Bree, but that’s why they call it fishing and not catching!
Results are posted in the Tuesday Tourney Info menu to the left, but there’s no need to look just yet!
Thanks to our two new members, Randy Barth and Nate Eckhard for joining and fishing with the Club Tuesday. Welcome aboard, guys, and good luck to you and all the members of the BNBC!

Hey where are the fish? 4 Dawson Tourneys, and like 10 fish caught, are yhou kidding me? Now, last night Lake Bloomington was looked forward to by many, but again few delivered catches. Good Job Jamie and Scottie, and we need to change “short buses” nickname to “big bass James”, what’s up with that?
My team did another remarkable “1 fish wonder” bag of catching, oh well, better than no fish huh Jerry?
